ANNIE IS INSPIRING YOUNG WOMEN TO BE HAPPY, HEALTHY & BEAUTIFUL

Annie Flamsteed has achieved so much already in her life that it is hard to condense it all into one paragraph!  At the age of 18 this motivated young woman has already completed Secondary School,  competed at the National Level for competitive Gymnastics along with a lifetime of grueling training commitments, gained her Personal Training Qualifications along with a Fitness Business Diploma and is currently studying an Exercise Science Degree, all while working and setting up her own personal training business! 

Annie was motivated to start her own business after seeing and experiencing first hand the pressures that young women face as teens and then as uni-students from the media and the high-pressure, image focused, fitness industry.  Annie decided to put her experience and training to use as a positive role model for young women, supporting them to achieve their fitness goals and working to boost their confidence by ensuring that their main focus for motivation began firstly with their own health and happiness.  

Since starting her own Personal Training Business "Inspire" and launching her own Website with two blogs, Annie's business has gone from strength to strength and she is offering boot camp classes for young women in three locations across South-East Queensland in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Toowoomba.  Annie also offers 6 week exercise and nutrition programs tailored to suit her client's individual needs. 

Annie is proof that your goals can be successfully achieved at any age when you create a plan, stick to it, keep motivated and work hard to achieve the desired outcome.  Annie's Inspire motto is Happy | Healthy | Beautiful, and it is a perfect fit for her health and fitness vision for young women of Australia.
